The best part of the apartment is the fully screened-in porch overlooking the waterway. Swing in the hammock with a cool drink in the evenings. Later, enjoy dinner outdoors mosquito free. The kids will fall asleep in the hammock reading a good book. Above all, because the porch is screened-in, trade winds blow through the apartment keeping it cool and comfortable while mosquitos stay out.
The central location four minutes walk to the beach at Plaza Resort adds even more value. Walk to dinner downtown! In fact you can walk to downtown Kralendijk in about 15 minutes. Pricing Terms and Details
Prices are for the apartment for one or two guests
Extra guests $15 per night per person.
Tourist tax USD $5.50 per person per night for all guests ages 13 and older
$105 final cleaning fee
PAYMENT and Cancellation Policy
For reservations of 20 nights or less we require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. Final payment will be billed 8 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations made within 8 weeks of your stay, we require full payment including tax at the time of booking. For reservations of 21 nights or more a deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your stay with us.
Once your deposit is received your reservation is confirmed. At this point we will be tuning away other guests. With this in mind we have created a refund policy which addresses this issue.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations submitted more than 8 weeks prior to arrival pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the initial booking deposit. The balance of the deposit will be refunded back to the guest within 7 days of cancellation. Reservations canceled 8 weeks to 4 weeks prior to arrival forfeit a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental fee. Any remaining balances get refunded back to the guest within 7 days of cancellation. Reservations cancelled 4 weeks or less from arrival date are 100% non-refundable. For this reason We recommend purchasing trip insurance.

We will always work with you to arrange more convenient check-in and check-out times based on your flight schedule and the schedules of our other arriving and departing guests. Of course we want you to have as much time as possible to enjoy your stay!
